The Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2015–2020 contain nutrition guidelines you can use to make healthful food choices based on scientific research. The U. S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA’s) My Plate helps put the Dietary Guidelines into practice.
This module presents the nutrition guidelines outlined in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2015–2020 and My Plate.
